    Are You Seeking Skilled Employees?

If you are an employer who needs qualified employees, look to your local Goodwill. In 2005, Goodwills placed 130,000 people in competitive jobs.

Goodwills’ job training and employment services are created to meet the needs of community employers. Local Goodwills can find employees with the skills and interests that meet the requirements of your jobs. Depending on the local Goodwill, trained workers may be available for jobs in hospitality, healthcare, banking, retail, IT, office administration, custodial services, food services, manufacturing and more. Many Goodwills have skilled workers to fill your temporary positions as well.

Local Goodwills may also consult with you about hiring workers with disabilities. They can help you understand how simple workplace accommodations and assistive technology devices can promote career success for employees with disabilities.

Goodwills can also connect you with information about tax benefits and special funding opportunities that may be available when you hire workers with disabilities and/or those who have low-incomes.
